NATASHA
Natasha is passionate about offering nurturing spaces where individuals and groups can tap into their innate healing capacity and uncover material blocking their most authentic expression and connection to life.
As a trauma-informed facilitator and teacher, she provides a compassionate, judgement-free and gentle presence for clients to dive into the full spectrum of their human experience.
Natasha carries a bachelors of science in public health from Oregon State University; specializing in health promotion and health behavior. She studied as a medical intern within South African hospitals, emergency settings and rural maternity clinics.
After University, she worked for five years as a Flight Attendant and First Mate on a 66 foot sailboat. Crossing the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean by boat and air many times. This deepened her ability to be a calm, gentle and steady presence on long explorative journeys.

She is a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, Breathwork Facilitator and she also enjoys creating and leading local and international retreats. She has lead thousands of breathwork sessions, works with a wide range of clients, and is approaching her 7th year as a wellness facilitator.
Natasha finished a year long graduate level course for Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Matè to further her studies in trauma, psychotherapy, and learning how to unearth and get free from the unconscious dynamics that run our lives.
Her education is currently being enriched by studying Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine to deepen her body of knowledge in Somatics and the impact of trauma on the nervous systems.
Natasha continues her own self-study by devoting herself to the path of Zen Buddhism and has participated in over 17 week-long silent meditation retreats.
Her areas of focus: life transitions, uncertainty, chronic stress, grief and loss of loved ones, depression and disconnection, trauma, acceptance, navigating areas of stagnancy and “stuckness”, building a deeper relationship to Self, reconnecting to joy and ease, embodiment and present-moment experience.
