BREATHWORK
What is Breathwork?
Conscious-Connected Breathwork is a powerful healing modality, that uses an active rhythmic breath to settle the nervous system, ground into the body and free stagnant energy and emotions from your inner landscape. When we free stress and tension from our bodies, we are able to hear our innate wisdom that’s always right here - gifting us the opportunity to remember our wholeness and hear our next direction.
Breathwork helps to unearth old beliefs that can keep us stuck and disconnected. When we bring awareness to unconscious material, we can start to rewire these deeply rooted beliefs and give intentional direction to our life. Giving you the power to get unstuck, and move beyond obstacles while deepening your relationship to your body.
This practice facilitates an expanded connection to who you really are; gifting you clarity on your life's situation with greater self-awareness, love and compassion for yourself and others.

Next, you’ll be guided through 35-50 minutes of conscious connected breathwork. You’ll be laying down on a breathing mat, with pillows and a blanket.
During the session, dialogue and inquiry may be used to dive deeper into the process. As well as optional grounding touch, and reiki.
The session will close with a restorative resting period and a chance to share about your experience.

Having no prior exposure to breathwork, I recently completed a series of 4 sessions with Natasha. With each meeting, it felt more and more like entering a sacred threshold within myself. She guided me with a presence so steady, intuitive, and compassionate that it became effortless to soften, open, and allow whatever needed to rise to the surface. Each session felt like being led gently into a deeper chamber of my own inner world — a space I had somehow forgotten, yet instantly recognized. Through Natasha’s grounded guidance, my breath became a bridge: connecting mind to body, tension to release, and old stories to newfound clarity. What arose was not forced; it unfolded. What released did not shatter; it dissolved. There is something rare about the way Natasha holds space. She listens not only to words but to pauses, subtle shifts, and the quiet language the body speaks when finally given permission. In her presence I felt supported, witnessed, and profoundly safe — safe enough to let go, safe enough to breathe differently, safe enough to meet myself without judgment. After my most recent session, something in me felt rearranged in the best possible way. It is difficult to describe the transformation, because it wasn’t dramatic; it was true. If you are seeking breathwork not just as a technique but as a path inward, a way of remembering who you are beneath the noise, I can say without hesitation that Natasha is an extraordinary guide. Working with her is an invitation to come home to yourself — one breath at a time.

Completing a series of Breathwork sessions with Natasha has allowed me to integrate multiple experiences of trauma and loss over the last four years. Therapy and lifestyle interventions were keeping things manageable, but I now feel like I’ve been able to write the experiences into my life story. Natasha’s support and guidance created the safety that I needed to enter drug-free expanded states, access hidden subconscious content, and move forward as a healthier person.

Throughout our breathwork sessions, Natasha allows for spaciousness to dive within and has a keen sense of timing as she offers thoughtful questions, phrases, and nudges that allow for a cascade of meaningful realizations & visions. With Natasha as a soothing, humble witness to my cycles of falling apart and piecing myself back together, I feel a powerful sense of rewiring the nervous system and stepping into new ways of being. I feel at home in her presence and it’s a blessing to have a loving space where I don’t feel the need to hide my wounds or feelings. The fear of surrendering to my subconscious realms is alleviated by her calm, sweet presence. She holds you in so much love, whether you’re with her in person or over Zoom. The clarity and vibrational shifts I feel after our sessions are priceless. One of the most transformative therapeutic practices I’ve ever experienced. I found breathwork serendipitously through part of a meditation course and it has become the golden key to unlocking so much within myself! I’m also grateful for the intentional musical choices that always seem to flow perfectly with tides of my process. Thank you, Tasha, for sharing your gifts with this world.

I first started working with Natasha a year ago when I was going through a tough time. I hadn't done breathwork before but thought I would give it a go. After my first session, I could tell I was going to keep coming back. Her openness and lack of judgment for what I was working through was amazing and each time I left I felt a piece of myself was uncovered. Working with her has brought a different perspective and I can only hope that others get to experience such comfort and growth simultaneously.

Natasha is incredibly talented at what she does. She's one of those people who you know is doing exactly what they are meant to be doing. She was incredibly caring and compassionate as I worked through difficulties in my life but then also challenged me to think differently when that's what I needed. It's like she knew exactly where to meet me moment to moment and always made things comfortable. I could not recommend her more highly!

“The process that Natasha facilitates during our sessions is gentle and yet so, so powerful. I was looking into counseling and having a hard time finding a good fit when I stumbled across Tasha’s breathwork practice. I was afraid of opening myself up and being vulnerable but it was a more comfortable space than I’d experienced before in therapy. Tasha holds such a gentle space to deep dive into fears, passions and everything between. The breathwork is so powerful but it’s really Tasha’s guidance that I think makes the biggest difference. I have grown so much in the months I have been working with her and feel grounded for maybe the first time in my life. I have learned that I want to be alive. I have discovered home in my own body. I have learned to listen and let go. I am eternally thankful for her and for this practice.”

“This might sound like hyperbole, but working with Natasha has truly changed my life! I’ve always found traditional therapy to be a helpful support and guide, and that’s been a consistent part of my life for over twenty years. But what I didn’t realize before entering into this work with Natasha was that it was only a part of the picture of healing for me. Breathwork has been such an incredible complement to the work I’ve been doing on myself. In the past I’ve tended to intellectualize my feelings, thinking that was all it took to process them. But this has been the missing link to process them on a deeper level that was so needed! I’ve experienced how breathwork can change your relationship with your interior landscape, and how it can be a tool to access emotions trapped in the body that I didn’t even know needed to come out. It’s been so therapeutic - like a cleaning house of unresolved clutter (feelings, experiences) inside me - and it’s given me a pathway to safety and FREEDOM within myself that I didn’t know was even possible. I’ve spent quite a bit of time working with Natasha in private as well as group sessions and retreats, and I love each of these equally, for different reasons. The groups can provide such a sense of community and communal healing, sharing and coming together in deep ways - even with strangers. And the private sessions offer a way to process and practice with one-on-one support, the opportunity to verbalize your thoughts and feelings in real time, and the space to build a relationship of deep trust and personalized guidance. I’ve integrated both practices into my life, and get something unique and valuable from each. But what Natasha provides is so much more than just breathwork. My precious teacher! What a gift she’s been to my life. Sessions with her are so nurturing, beyond the breathwork itself. She truly holds space, something that’s especially powerful in private sessions, and she’s so natural at it. This has become a sacred space in my life, a time to truly be seen and heard as a whole human - something so many of us need more of in our lives. She’s kind, patient, open-hearted, and so talented as a practitioner. She’s generous of spirit - I call her my breathwork “teacher” partly because of just how much knowledge and wisdom she shares with me. About the breath, yes, but also about presence, grounding, embodiment… and so much more. She’s taught me how to be in my body - something I previously only understood on the surface - and how to cultivate my ability to stay there, and to return to a more grounded place when I find myself more “in my head”. I’ve learned so much from her! She’s just a really beautiful human, and a gifted healer, and she’s truly changed my life for the better. She will forever be one of those special “teachers” for me, the ones that leave a lasting mark on your life. I feel so lucky to have found her, and to have followed the call I felt toward breathwork. If you’re on the fence - just try it. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m confident Natasha can meet you there. And I’d be so excited for you to take the first step!”

My experience is with private session work. You arrive, sit down, share some tea. As you settle and talk you find an intention for the session. You take that, lie down, and breathe. It's a simple and beautiful thing to experience and practice. Natasha's energy, experience, and the space she has created are integral. Highly recommended. +++ I didn't know what breathwork was when I started. I had read about the power of breathing and wanted to learn more. I was probably just looking for a coach on breathing techniques when I started looking. What I found was a mix of therapy and meditation guided by Natasha. It's become a profound and important practice for me. Right after I started I was quiet about my experience with breath-work. It felt sort of like magic. I think I was worried it was ephemeral or the impact would lessen, but, after a year working with Natasha, the impact of each session has proven to be real, substantive, and durable - (though it still feels a little like magic)

NNatasha's expertise in breathwork has changed my life. I have been searching for an in-person breathwork teacher for several years and am grateful to have found her website. I have done in-person private and group sessions with her now. I have also participated in a number of events and packages that she has organized, which include other professionals who specialize in various life-calming modalities. These packages are carefully crafted for all walks of life. I am an older person and she has accommodated my hearing loss and other needs graciously. In addition to her skill in guiding and teaching breathwork, Nathasha takes careful consideration to be ethical in her practice. I am forever indebted to her.

Natasha and the space she provides is so loving and nurturing. She provides grounding, a safe space to share, intuition and gently guides you back to yourself. Before each session we sip tea, chat to check in and we set an intention for the breathwork journey ahead. I leave with a sense of renewal. In my previous visit I felt as if she brought me back to life! I am so grateful for Natasha and the deep, loving work she shares. I am so grateful to have found her!

“Coming into the practice of breathwork I had very little knowledge of what it was or what the experience would be like and was, admittedly, a bit nervous about it. After meeting Natasha and being greeted with a warming cup of tea, my worries faded immediately. Natasha creates a loving, caring and safe space for each session and I am endlessly surprised by what I learn, feel and experience in these sessions. From the conversation at the beginning of the session, to her guidance through the breathing portion to coming back and talking about the experience and feelings, Natasha makes you feel held, heard and deeply cared for. My journey to breathwork was, ultimately, born from grief and learning to live my new life and Natasha is one of the beautiful souls that I have had the great fortune to meet along the way. I’m better for having met Natasha and experiencing the healing that has come from her breathwork practice”

“I have worked with Natasha for the past 6 months on breath work. My experiences with Natasha in breath work sessions have led me through a journey of self-discovery, processing suppressed trauma, healing and re-igniting purpose. These experiences have far exceeded anything I could have imagined with breath work. If you are on the fence about working with Natasha, I highly recommend you give it a try!”
