Join us at a beautiful, fire-lit yurt, tucked in the trees in Vancouver to celebrate the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This is a time to sit in the depths of darkness, and begin to slowly tilt our hearts ever so slightly toward the returning of light. Let’s pause to honor the mysteries that lie in the dark, as we prepare for a season of stillness and rest. The worlds we are dreaming of depend on our ability to replenish our beings and make room for new visions. Let us come together in community to breathe on this day.
This ceremony will involve meditation, candle-light, inquiry and a full breathwork session. We’ll end with a potluck to break bread and celebrate the beginning of this season together. Lead by Natasha Stewart and Hillary Rappaport.
