CEREMONY
Join us for the Winter Solstice to celebrate the returning of the light and a ceremonial beginning to a season of stillness, self-reflection, and turning inward. Together we’ll journey into the mysteries of the dark, replenish our inner worlds with breath and set intentions for our winter ahead.
This evening will include a full breathwork journey, followed by a nourishing 4 course culinary experience created by the world renowned Chef Adrian Martin. Together we’ll breathe, break bread on the shortest day of the year and be warmed by community, candle-light and culinary storytelling.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Conscious-Connected Breathwork is a powerful healing modality, that uses an active rhythmic breath to settle the nervous system, ground into the body and free stagnant energy and emotions from our inner landscape. When we free stress and tension from our bodies, we are able to hear our innate wisdom that’s always right here - gifting us the opportunity to remember our wholeness and hear our next direction.
This breath helps us to journey into the unconscious realms where we hold deep rooted beliefs about our lives and helps us t0 create new healthy patterns.
Breathwork is known for the ability to facilitate deep transformation, profound emotional release and connection to our hearts and deepest self.
This breathwork ceremony will begin with a meditation to ground into our winter bodies, instruction, 50 minutes of breathwork, and an integrative rest before joining together in circle for optional sharing. We’ll then softly transition into our dining experience for the rest of the evening.
The duration of the Breathwork session is 2 hours.

CHEF ADRIAN MARTIN
Adrian’s culinary journey began on the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten, where he grew up immersed in the vibrant flavors and rhythms of his father’s local restaurant. That early passion led him to France, where he spent four intensive years honing his craft at top culinary schools and apprenticing in world-class kitchens, including the prestigious Four Seasons George V in Paris.
In his early 20s, he set out to explore the world cooking aboard private yachts, competing (and winning) in elite chef competitions, and preparing unforgettable meals for high-profile clients in some of the world’s most exotic locations.
Along the way, he gained a touch of fame after appearing on Bravo’s hit reality series Below Deck, where he had the opportunity to showcase his culinary talents to a global audience. The experience added to his growing reputation as a chef with both skill and personality.
But it was during a road trip up the West Coast that Adrian was drawn to the natural beauty and strong sense of community in Southern Oregon. Where he’s now planted roots and opened Ember & Sage, a boutique catering company that blends global flavors, refined technique and soulful storytelling.
